Return Period

Customers may return items within 30 days of the purchase date.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.

All returned items will undergo a thorough inspection upon arrival at our warehouse. Please allow 1 business day for your returned item to be received and inspected. If the item does not meet our quality standards, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

Return Shipping Responsibility

The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse; we do not provide return shipping labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of your return. PUI is not responsible for any items that are damaged or lost in transit.

Non-Refundable Shipping Costs

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. This includes both the original shipping cost incurred at the time of purchase and the return shipping cost paid by the customer.

Refund Processing

Upon approval of the inspection, a refund will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to show in your banking/card details.
